Bipoc Leaders Lunch Series
The Why
The BFM Fund stands firm in the notion that entrepreneurship can be a pathway to economic development. As we have worked within communities of color, we started to notice a silohing between different communities of founders, vendors, service providers, investors, and policy makers. The BIPOC leaders lunch brings together diverse leaders ranging in profession to one table to unite and find ways to collaborate and work together. Our lunches have been wildly successful in creating spontaneous and sustainable partnerships. Participants of our lunches have gone on to raise capital, create partnerships, find vendors and suppliers, inform policy recommendations, and find new ways to work together.
